Wayne Gehris, with 25 years of experience leading public-sector financial operations, was approved by the school board as CBSD's new CFO on June 25. He will join CB from Reading School District, where he has served as CFO since 2014.

CBSD celebrated the 67 employees who retired during the 2025-26 school year at an annual ceremony on May 27. Apple Awards were also presented to a variety of employees for their efforts this year.

The CBSD School Board and the Central Bucks Education Support Professionals Association are pleased to announce that a tentative agreement has been reached on a new, four-year collective bargaining agreement.

CBSD is pleased to announce that Christie Corcoran has been selected as the next principal of Warwick Elementary School, pending approval by the CBSD School Board at the May 28 business meeting. She will take over for Brian Finger, who is retiring in August.
